Material Options

Standard Materials

Gloss (Peel) – Semi-Gloss (Perm) – Matt (Peel)
A very popular and cost-effective material choice for many customers that produces great results. You can choose any of these materials for the same price.

Optional or upgrade Materials

We offer an extensive variety of self-adhesive upgrade label materials which adhere to many different surfaces.

Polypropylene/BOPP

Matt PP (Peel) – Satin PP (Perm) – Gloss PP (Perm)
Very popular and commonly used material. A vibrant colour host, water and stain resistant, sturdy with superior durability.

Polyester Film/PE

PE Metallic (Perm) – PE Silver (Perm) – PE Clear (Perm)
Metallic and Silver offer a reflective background, Clear has a transparent background. Similar properties to BOPP.

Textured Material

Semi-Gloss Grass Paper (Perm) – Matt Rustic Cream (Perm)
A popular option for wine labels and beer labels. Both offer cream colour tone’s, with a naturally organic texture.

Thermal Transfer Material

An economy option for a 1col Transfer print on Silver or Clear, great result’s and cost effective.

Our process

1.

Printing Method

4Col Digital printing, using high resolution printers.
Print Specs
Max Label width up to 110mm
Max Label length up to 300mm

2.

Pantone Colours

If you require or supply Pantone colours in your design, we will use the 4Col CMYK Pantone matching system to print your design as CMYK process, if the chosen colour cannot be accurately matched, it will be converted to the closest CMYK colour available. Note: Your material choice and their specific properties may also affect the colour, vibrancy and overall look of the finished product.

Thermal Print Specs

Max Label width up to 90mm
Max Label length up to 300mm
We print a comprehensive range of the popular coding formats, including:
1D / 2D and Postal Codes.
Custom shapes and sizes are possible.

4.

Artwork Supply

Artwork should be supplied as PDF, with artwork on one layer and the cutter guide on another. Two target marks are required in the artwork and cutter guide layers. Artwork should have 3mm extra bleed.

5.

Artwork Approval

We will supply a PDF proof for approval, we will not proceed with any print order absent of client approval.
